AOVE transparente, de color amarillo verdoso con reflejos dorados. Frutado verde, moderado-alto y persistente con astringencia de ligera a moderada y redondo que evoluciona en boca. Astringente, amargo y picante desde el ápice lingual y fondo de boca, aflorando sensaciones de tomatera, tomate y frutal en incipiente sazón.
